Contract Fill
Provides filling solutions to companies/brands who does not have their filling facilities. We capable large scale filling as well as the small scale.

Quality Assurance
Quality assurance has been seen as one of the most important parts at Hing Lung cosmetics, it has been embraced with us as our main philosophy over the past 40 years. All materials we used are complianced with FDA and EEC regulations, with under the CGMP manufacturing facilities.
Our 10,000 sq ft site was inspected by Intertek every year for the annual audit and we are the member of Sedex and CPAHK.
Research & Development
HLCOX is supported by three R&D centers located in France, Luxembourg and Japan, where most of our products were developed from. We worked closely with the laboratory chemists and committed to bring you the latest cosmetics technology.
